The Fiber Optic Sensing Association, the US’ leading organisation association focused on fiber optic sensing, was one of 11 signatories of a letter requesting congress incorporate smart technologies in order to improve and transform infrastructure around the country.
Fotech’s trials in Calgary are one of the first instances where we have shown the value of DAS monitoring platforms by offering the transport insights smart cities will need.

The Fiber Optic Sensing Association has been joined by ten other leading technology trade associations in urging Congress to fully incorporate smart technologies into proposals to improve and transform U.S. infrastructure.
