FBA files comments at the FCC supporting expedited fiber deployment in overlash situation.

The Fiber Broadband Association filed comments  at the FCC on Wednesday supporting expedited fiber deployment in overlash situations. The Association argued that carriers should not have to seek approval from the pole owner prior to overlashing either their own or others cables who have given them permission to do so. They should be able to overlash and then notify. This will speed deployment of new fiber installations.
